| Hello! I wanted to let you know my girlfriend and I had an awesome experience while dining at your restaurant last night. She requires a gluten-free diet so, since we heard you are now offering gluten-free pizza, we thought we'd stop in. We were very impressed with EVERY aspect of our dinner. Your buffet selections were plentiful and the quality of the food was excellent, but it was your staff that really "knocked our socks off".
Our server was Brittany S. She really went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Brittany provided us with some of the best service we've ever enjoyed while dining here in Ames. That's saying a lot (we dine out often)! I do hope she gets an "atta-girl" for this (even if it's no longer politically correct!). I would also like, however, to include everyone that was working last night. We received friendly greetings from the kitchen staff as they replenished buffet items, while Sarah and the rest of the servers were answering our questions about everything from the menu to the store's policies.
Another great thing was although we both ordered the buffet, your staff prepared and delivered a gluten-free, made-to-order pizza directly to our table. The folks working for you last night just earned you two long-term return customers. Rest assured, all our friends will be hearing about our pleasant experience as well. "Great Job" to everyone involved!
